Many homes are a bit smaller in Old Towne with the average two bedroom Craftsman having about one thousand square feet of living space.  There are Craftsman homes with up to three thousand square feet and possibly up to five bedrooms.

Home list prices have been increasing over the last five months in the city of Orange.  Homes have been on the market longer than they were in the beginning of the year and are averaging just over thirty days.  As you can see in the graph below, the median sale price is well below the listing price.  However, list prices are starting to trend back while actual sale prices are increasing.

Currently there are 119 listings in the 92867 zip code and the average listing price is just under $729K.  Homes in this area have an average of 37 days on the market. This is significantly shorter than the national average.   We have sen a decrease in the distressed market with just over 7% of the homes being sold as short sales and foreclosures.
